Responsible for handling all technical aspects of the company, including the development team and the software projects we take on. Monitoring the ongoing projects progress and alignment with our timeline in addition to training the development team and maintaining a positive environment for them to deliver their best work. That and of course stepping in to do some tasks myself side to side with the team.
